Terms of service

The agreement between your company and Corporate Recharge when you use the platform to fund, allocate, and process airtime and data.

Last updated: 22 April 2026

01

Agreement to these terms

These terms govern your company’s use of the Corporate Recharge platform and the corporaterecharge.com website. By creating an account, funding a wallet, or processing a recharge, the person acting and the company they represent agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

02

The service

Corporate Recharge lets businesses fund a single prepaid wallet and use it to buy and allocate airtime and data across Econet, NetOne, and Telecel — with allowance policies, approvals, a ledger, and an audit trail.

We act as an intermediary that routes your recharge instructions to the mobile networks. Delivery of airtime and data ultimately depends on those networks, and we do not control their systems, pricing, or availability.

03

Accounts and access

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the company and employee data you upload.
  • You are responsible for keeping admin credentials confidential and for all activity under your accounts.
  • Notify us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.
  • You must use the platform only for lawful business purposes and in line with the mobile networks’ own terms.
04

Wallet funding and payments

The platform runs on a prepaid model. You fund your company wallet in advance, and each recharge debits the wallet ledger in real time. Wallet balances are held to pay for the recharges you instruct and any agreed platform fees.

  • Recharges are deducted from your wallet at the time they are processed.
  • Funded balances are not a deposit and do not earn interest.
  • Applicable fees, if any, are disclosed before you transact and itemised in your ledger.
05

Refunds and failed recharges

A successfully delivered recharge cannot be reversed once the network has credited the recipient. Where a recharge fails or is not delivered, the corresponding amount is returned to your wallet balance. If you believe a transaction is incorrect, contact us within 30 days and we will investigate against the network’s records.

06

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for fraud, money laundering, or resale that breaches a network’s terms.
  • Upload data you do not have the right to process, or process recipients’ numbers without a lawful basis.
  • Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the platform or its infrastructure.
07

Availability and support

We work to keep the platform available and accurate, but it is provided on an “as available” basis. Planned maintenance, network outages, or events outside our control may interrupt service. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

08

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Corporate Recharge is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the platform fees you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Zimbabwean law.

09

Data protection

Our handling of personal and company data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

10

Suspension and termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, fail to pay agreed fees, or use the platform unlawfully. On termination, any remaining wallet balance is reconciled and returned subject to our verification checks.

11

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. If a change is material, we’ll notify customer admins by email and update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.

12

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe. For any question about them, email [email protected].
